INSTALLATION METHODS
DIRECT INSTALLATION
- The compact and lightweight design of the TWGM oil mist collector allows for direct installation inside enclosed machine tools, eliminating the need for additional brackets and saving valuable machine space.
MACHINE MOUNT
- A multi-purpose bracket designed for direct installation on machine tools, particularly suitable where equipment costs are high. All installations take into account the location, use, ease of subsequent maintenance and the size of the oil mist collector. Machine tool brackets are available for the TWS and TWFX oil mist collectors.
FLOOR STAND
- The TWGM expandable floor stand has a segmented design for easy transport. The height-adjustable stand has pre-drilled holes in the base for bolting to the shop floor. The stand comes with its own accessories for the TWS and TWFX series to ensure the correct installation of the oil mist collector. TWGM also offers a robust, low-profile stand designed to simplify maintenance.
CSX WITH MOBILE STAND WITH PRE-SEPARATOR
- The combined stand with built-in pre-separator is ideal for demanding applications (e.g. grinders). This stand has a large door for easy maintenance, 4 lockable castors, a 90 degree suction elbow, a pre-separator and a 50 mm diameter drain with tap.
